Important Notice

No Refunds: Reelith operates on a no-refund policy. Once credits are purchased and consumed, they cannot be refunded under normal circumstances.

1. General Refund Policy

Reelith operates on a credit-based system where users purchase credits to generate educational videos. Our general policy is:

  • No refunds for standard service usage
  • No refunds for change of mind or dissatisfaction
  • No refunds for unused credits (credits do not expire)
  • No refunds for accidental purchases

2. Technical Issue Refunds

Refunds are only available in cases of technical issues on our end that prevent the service from functioning properly:

  • Service outages lasting more than 24 hours
  • Critical bugs that prevent video generation
  • Data loss caused by our system failures
  • Security breaches affecting user accounts

Note: Minor technical issues, temporary slowdowns, or user-side problems are not eligible for refunds.

3. Refund Process

When a refund is approved, the process is as follows:

  • Credit Restoration: Refunds are provided by returning consumed credits to your account
  • No Cash Refunds: We do not provide cash refunds or refunds to payment methods
  • Credit Validity: Restored credits maintain their non-expiring status
  • Processing Time: Credit restoration typically occurs within 24-48 hours

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for technical issues:

  3. Describe the technical issue in detail
  4. Provide any error messages or screenshots
  5. Specify the date and time of the issue
  6. Indicate how many credits were affected

Response Time: We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

The following situations are not eligible for refunds:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Dissatisfaction with generated video quality
  • Accidental credit purchases
  • User-side technical issues (browser problems, slow internet, etc.)
  • Violation of terms of service resulting in account suspension
  • Content that violates our prohibited content policy
  • Unused credits (they do not expire)
  • Service interruptions lasting less than 24 hours

6. Credit System Information

Understanding our credit system:

  • Minimum Purchase: 20 credits minimum per purchase
  • No Expiration: Credits never expire
  • Consumption: Credits are consumed when generating videos
  • Non-Transferable: Credits cannot be transferred between accounts
  • Non-Refundable: Credits cannot be converted to cash

7. Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with our refund decision:

  • You may request a review by providing additional evidence
  • We will conduct a thorough investigation
  • Our decision is final and binding
  • Legal action is not permitted under our terms of service
